Is it live yet?
The website is in development preview. Sample hunts and rewards are not real offers. Public membership opens only after launch checks.
Is it suitable for children?
A family account is managed by an adult. Adults must supervise children and choose routes appropriate to their abilities.
Is finding a prize guaranteed?
No. A coin may already have been found, and availability can change. Only valid issued coins can create a claim.
Can a code be used twice?
No. Each valid coin is claimed once, on the server. A linked voucher can also be fulfilled only once.
Where do my cards appear?
Verified coin discoveries appear under My cards in your account.
How do I cancel?
When paid memberships open, the secure billing portal will allow subscription management and cancellation.
Can I play the game in my browser?
Yes. Open The game in the menu to play our early-access browser adventure. Progress stays on your device and virtual coins have no real-world value.
What if a location is unsafe?
Stop the hunt and report the location through Help & reports. For an immediate emergency, call 111.
