Draft privacy information. Operator contact, retention periods and provider arrangements need final review before public registration.

The application stores adult account details, family display name, membership state, saved hunts, claims and support messages. It does not ask for children’s names or birth dates.

Passwords are hashed. Sessions use secure cookies. Placement photos are private to the hider and administrators and are re-encoded to remove metadata. Voucher codes are encrypted in storage and shown only to the entitled member.

Payment card details are handled by the payment provider’s hosted checkout, not by this website. A map provider receives normal network requests when you choose to load map tiles.

Use a privacy support request for access, correction, export or closure of your account. Final retention, deletion and complaint procedures will be published before launch.
